Unveil the first native model of the country's organizational excellence

Takchi, as the only specialized organizational organizational evaluation and measurement company in Iran, has become a knowledge -based company since 2014 with the support of the Vice President of Science and Technology. The first indigenous model of organizational excellence in the country was unveiled as a national organizational excellence model at the Inotx Exhibition. Designed and localized by Takchi Company with the support of Campus Technology Park, the model has been registered and unveiled as a national model and the country's first indigenous model in the field of organizational excellence.

The ceremony, which was held at the main stage of the Inotx Exhibition, was attended by Tak Chi CEO, along with the President of Pardis Technology Park and representatives of the Vice President of Science and Technology, Innovation and Following Fund, as well as representatives of 29 major oil and petrochemical companies.

Takchi, as the only specialized organizational organizational evaluation and measurement company in Iran, has been formed as a knowledge -based company since 2014 with the support of the Vice President of Science and Technology and has designed and implemented about 30 organizational measurement models.

The model has been used by about 700 companies so far and over 20 largest oil and petrochemical industries have replaced the model with its foreign models.

Among the unique features of the National Organizational Excellence Model, its proportional design with Iranian organizations' maturity, adaptation to the communication culture of Iranian managers, and consistent with Iran's social, economic and political conditions.
